I spend a
couple of days in Fontainebleau this weekend. The weather was great and
humidity was low so conditions were okay. I struggled though in boulders that
were high on my list. Climbing has not been high on my priority list lately. I
haven’t been to the climbing gym as often as I did before. Despite my lack of
training I was pleased to at least be able to do a couple of 7A’s and even a
7B+. The coming period I will be entering my final exams so not much training
either. That leaves me with less than a month to prepare for my summer trip to
Rocklands. I might have to adjust my expectations a bit when we fly over there
at the end of June. But I am again really looking forward to hit the orange
sandstone.
